Massimo Gillio began his career in late 80’s as Junior export manager in 2 Italian companies active in the European and Asia markets. Since 1990 he started his agency to represent as agent / consultant / key account manager different European - American companies that needed support within the OE Italian and European industry and aftermarket in Italy.

He worked several years as Key Account Manager on behalf of major automotive companies (rear view mirrors industry at Eaton automotive BV mirrors actuators, in the SLI battery industry at Varta autobatterie gmbh and Johnson Controls, in lighting equipments at GE lighting) following and taking care worldwide of important Tier1 European automotive customers.

He has always worked in International teams to provide full support to the Key customers, reporting and contributing to build the market and customer strategies.

Massimo studied Trade and Economy at Turin University and has attended specific international commerce training courses at the Centro Estero Camere Commercio Piemontesi as well as Key account management training at University level. He speaks fluent English and German.

Massimo Gillio cooperates with Centro Estero per l’Internazionalizzazione (CEI).

 

Grazia Pastore worked in the last 25 years in major automotive industrial groups. She worked in different functions mainly in Purchasing Direction managing suppliers, business negotiations and being responsible for Long terms Agreements.

She had the responsibility of major automotive products categories managing important yearly purchasing budgets.

Grazia Pastore built experience in purchasing a wide range of products including a big variety of molds. She was also busy in managing the outsourcing of business operations and scanning opportunities in the low cost countries.

Grazia Pastore attended professional courses such as team building, problem solving.

She speaks French and Spanish

 

Massimo Martino holds a Master of Degree in Mechanical Engineering and began his career in automotive in 1987 after some years of constitutive experience as an engineer in mechanical design.

During his years in automotive he had the chance to act previously as Engineering manager with Piaggio group and  then as Quality specialist with Bosch.

His diversified background was developed in international environments, leading interdisciplinary projects related to Quality improvements assisting companies in process development as well as driving them to reaching excellence in design and manufacturing.He is skilled with all the automotive quality core tools, used to cooperative and pro-active relationships both with Clients and Suppliers and fluent in english.

 

Marco Garabello worked for 10 years as a journalist.  In 1997 Marco began his managing career in the company Expo 2000, organizing the whole exhibition activity in Turin through the three centers Lingotto Fiere, Lingotto Congressi and Torino Esposizioni.  Later he joined, as general manager, another exhibition company: Fierimpresa.

Beginning in 2000 he worked as European Marketing and Sales Manager in Facet International, a US company, world leader in aviation fuel filtration.

In 2003 he made the start-up of Trofé in Italy, a Norwegian company being the first licensee of the Torino 2006 Winter Olympic Games.  

Later he was   General Manager of Moran, a leader company in the design and production of Electric Rectifiers mainly used by the battery producers.
